The Bridge to Business
Part of my role is helping executives and product leaders understand the "Why" behind design. By showing how user needs drive product success, I make sure design has a seat at the table from the very start of the project.
I translate complex user research into clear strategy that de-risks the product roadmap and aligns the entire team on a unified vision.
